Privacy Policy
Publisher: Muhammad Tanveer Sadiq / Ana Tanveer Abdullah •
Effective date: 29 April 2026
This universal policy applies to all apps published under our developer account. Requirements vary by app feature.
Your privacy is our priority. Our apps are designed with a "security-first" approach. This policy explains how we handle data in
Utility/Tool apps (like DocVault), Content apps (like QuranTV), and our future releases.
1. Sensitive Permissions (DocVault & Utility Apps)
Certain apps require specific system permissions to fulfill their primary purpose:
- Camera Access: Used exclusively to scan documents, passports, or IDs. Images are processed only when the user initiates a scan.
- Files and Storage: Used to save, retrieve, and manage your scanned documents within the app's secure vault.
- Biometric/Fingerprint Access: Used only for local device authentication to unlock secure features. We do not store or see your actual biometric data.
2. Data Collection & Firebase
If you use an app with "Premium" or "Sync" features (using Firebase):
- Personal Info: We collect your Email Address and a unique User ID to manage your premium subscription and secure your account.
- Optional Data: Data such as Name, Date of Birth, or Blood Group is 100% optional and only stored if you choose to provide it.
- Security: All data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit and stored in secured cloud environments.
3. Advertising & Analytics Freemium/Ad-Supported
In apps that contain advertisements, third-party networks (like Google AdMob) may collect:
- Device identifiers (Android ID / Advertising ID).
- Approximate location (via IP address).
- Ad interaction data to prevent fraud and measure performance.
4. Payments & Billing Paid/Premium
For in-app purchases or subscriptions, we use Google Play Billing. We do not store or collect your credit card numbers or banking passwords.
Google handles the financial transaction and only notifies us if a purchase was successful.
5. Data Deletion & Your Rights
You have full control over your data.
- Local Data: Can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
- Account Data: If you use an account (Firebase), you can delete your account and all associated data directly via the "Delete Account" button within the app settings.
- Requests: You can also request data deletion by emailing us at the address below.
6. Third-Party Services
Our apps may integrate with the following providers. Please review their policies:
